Egg whites are no longer necessary for making meringues! New from the cruelty-free kitchen of Angel Food, this product contains the specialist ingredients required for making about 100 light and crispy egg-free meringue cookies - just add water and super-fine ('caster') sugar. Like all Angel Food products, the meringue mix is vegan. They only use plant-derived ingredients. Rice starch, emulsifiers 475 and 471, tapioca starch, stabilisers (methylcellulose and xanthan gum).
