Product Description

This is a superb new product from Angel Food in New Zealand. It makes 50 fluffy and delicious vegan marshmallows. The recipe is enclosed - you simply add sugar and water, cook it up and whip it! Modified starch (sago), rice starch, agar, and emulsifiers 475 and 471 (all ingredients are plant-derived).
