Shipping

We ship to any address in Australia using Fastway Couriers. Your shipping cost Fastway Couriers allows you up to 25kg per order. This allows you to make a plentiful order of our light weight dry food products without altering your freight costs. Even consider getting together with a friend in your area to make an order together.

We have specifically chosen this company as they are owner operators who are dedicated to providing exceptional service ensuring your goods are delivered on time and with care.

They pride themselves on their speed of delivery ensuring that, along the Eastern Seaboard, from Cairns down through Victoria and across to Adelaide, goods will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Even remote country areas, which we are very keen to look after, will receive deliveries within a week.

It’s also easy to keep track of your goods by using their Track and Trace facility.

  3. Click on 'Trace' and the results will be displayed

The other key feature is that they will continue to visit your home until they can make a personal delivery to you. You don’t have to head off to the post office if you don’t happen to be home.

Returns Policy

At AllergyAssist.com.au we want you to be completely happy with your purchases.  If for any reason you are not happy with a specific product please return it to us within 7 days for a complete money back guarantee. We take particular care in the selection and quality of our products, so would like to be aware of anything that you are not satisfied with.  Any faulty or damaged stock if returned within 7 days will also be replaced at no charge.
